So I got to photograph the opening for the Heeb Magazine: 100 Jews you need to know about. The room was full and lots of people mingled and talked. It was a lot of fun. I got to the meet the photo editor of Heeb and talked about art school. Plus, there were a ton of really other cool people and I swallowed my nerves and talked to people.

Despite the pouring rain all weekend, I managed to get a few shots of 10 month old Shyia. The sun was shinning for a brief 15 minutes and it was nap time- but I was going to get those cute tutu shots!

My niece only comes down once every few months so I knew I had to get something special for her. So I ordered a custom tutu and suprised her mom with it!
